THE BROKEN TOWER (2011):
James Franco is no stranger to portraying American poets on screen having starred in the Allen Ginsberg biopic Howl. Making his directorial debut, Franco stars in this biography of Modernist poet Hart Crane. Best known for his epic masterpiece The Bridge, Crane tragically committed suicide at the age of 32 by jumping off a steamship into the Gulf of Mexico.
Starring James Franco, Michael Shannon and Stacey Miller.
